| We worked with Bill Jr. to source, purchase, and install new Goodyear tires on our Class A Motorhome. This was our first experience buying tires for the RV. Bill was very knowledgeable about RV tires and helped educate us about the different tires so that we made the best decision for us. We had a great experience at Carroll-Wuertz and recommend that other RV owners consider them for their RV tire needs. |

| This is a place I trust. If you just sit in the waiting area and listen to how they treat their customers, you will be amazed. Yes they look over your vehicle when you bring it in, but to have an advisor that tells you that you have an issue that you will need to address in the future and its not going to leave you stranded today, is unheard of in this business. So many places would pressure you to get it done now and set in a panic mode that is uncomfortable and just plain wrong. These folks are not only true professionals but Damn Good People. I bring my entire fleet of vehicles to them because I trust them. |

| I am a fleet manager of a local Federal Government facility that has approximately 125 vehicles to maintain. My first experience with Carroll Wuertz was 8 years ago and I listened from the waiting room to a conversation they were having on the phone with what appeared to be an elderly person. they described what needed to be done to get the vehicle back on the road for the customer and also mentioned other items that they need to be expecting in the future, and the specific statment I heard was, "Its not gonna leave you stranded on the road but will need to be done in the future". This was something I have never heard in my 41 years of driving and dealing with mechanics. That level of honesty has kept me going back for the past 8 years and I also take my personal vehicle there and recommend it to all of my friends and family. |
