| The C-W Tire Service team is very good. Replaced or motor coach tires last year and provider road side tire repair just a few weeks ago. |

| As a Fleet Manager I spend a lot of money on vehicles and the most important part is finding people I can trust. This entire group of people at Carroll-Wuertz are the best. My first visit there 10 years ago, I heard Andy on the phone telling a customer that the issue they were told by another vendor was not the issue and they found what was wrong and corrected it for a mere fraction of what the other place had quoted. I worked at a Dealership and I can tell you the objective was to tack on and put customers in fear to approve repairs that were not necessary. They had no integrity. Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is watching. These folks, the two Bill's, Brian, Andy and the entire maintenance staff have a lot of integrity. I enjoy sending my business to them and they do a tremendous job. Fixed right the first time! |

| Wuertz is not the worst! We had a huge screw go through a tire and I was able to get there right around closing before the tire went completely flat. They immediately worked me in, checked it out, and replaced the tire with the best they had on hand once they realized it could not be fixed. That was a huge relief since I was headed out of town when that happened and I could leave knowing my wife could still do what she needed and haul the kids around. Thank you so much! |
